An idea is like a seed. It only grows into something if you plant it and then give it what it needs it. Think of us as the gardeners. In order to grow ideas, we follow a proven method for fertilization:
1. Document the IDEA in painstaking detail.
2. Summarize the steps of Implementation.
3. Identify the Partners needed.
4. Acquire the Resources.
5. GO GO GO
We’re big believers in having a plan, but knowing which partners you can trust and how best to acquire resources is often the difference between getting to market or not.
